The SS-11 Surgical Spears is a novel special surgical production for ophthalmic operation and microsurgery. By the appraisal of National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products under the Ministry of Public Health, the Spears is proven to be full and fast absorption, high fluid retention, no residual fibre, and no toxic and nor side effect. With this product, operation can be guaranteed free from post-operation complication caused by residual fibre.
The products was awarded a Second prize of Scientific and Technical Progress in 1992 issued by State Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China. It has been exported successively to a number of European and other countries since 1991.
SS-11 Surgical Spears are Available for various ophthalmic operations especially for cataract, glaucoma, cornea transplantation.
